Student members who wish to be considered for this award must submit their
posters in electronic format prior to the annual meeting. The deadline
for submission is Saturday, November 2, 12:00 noon Eastern Time
(US). To submit your poster, use the form at
http://sjdm.org/presentations/submit.php,
and check the competition box.
Submitted posters will be available on an archive on the SJDM website at http://www.sjdm.org/presentations/.
Note, you must be a member for this to work. If you are not a member, you must
wait at least a day after you join.
Students may change their posters between the submission deadline and the actual poster session; however, only the content of the electronic version will be judged for the award. Students are still responsible for bringing their posters for presentation. Judges may visit posters during the poster session for further discussion with student authors in making their final judgments.
